Save Me..

I was listening to the song "Angel" and since it was meant for animals in the shelter I drew this guy..All the animals in shelters just want forever homes, but sadly most of them don't get that...I've worked in an animal shelter before and I can see in their eyes they want to be taken home..to be taken out of the small cages they have to live in until someone adopts them....or until their time is up..... I don't want any dogs or cats to be euthanized , they deserve a happy life. Sadly not all shelters aren't "No Kill" yet, but I want them to be..People should do their research before breeding and must aslo have a legitimate license to breed, not just breed whatever dogs they want and only keep the pups that are the right breed they wanted. Along with the fights and such they put these poor creatures in..If you look into an animals eyes, you shouldn't see a creature, you should see a living, breathing soul that can love as well, if not better, than we do..So take a second thought on the banning of Pits because of how they look/how they're breed/how people train them(Because there is no bad dog, only a bad owner) and also take a second thought on adopting/fostering(fostering for those who don't know, is when you take out a dog or cat and care for him/her until you or someone else decides to keep them forever) instead of buying form a shop, for all you know it could be a puppy mill(which one Animal Shop is and all are closed now) so instead of buying from a shop, buy from a shelter and give a dog or cat the loving home they deserve..and I'm not saying all dogs or cats in pet shops don't desevre them because they do, they just have a longer time to stay and get adopted quicker..But just make sure when you get a pet, do your research, take care of him/her and never abandoned them, because your four-pawed friend will never abandon you.
